A remarkable project was realised at the Château de St-Aubin, where a wine-producing estate, the Domaine Prosper Maufoux, was established. This castle, nestled in the heart of the Côte de Beaune vineyard, was renovated for use as bed-and-breakfast rooms, a wine-tasting cellar, as well as a restaurant. The Grad® system proved to be ideal solution to meet the needs of this estate. It offered a quick installation, while maintaining a refined look without any visible screws. In addition, the chosen structure is perfectly suited to the high footfall required by a restaurant’s outdoor seating area.
