ACCESS TO THE SITE
The Site is accessible worldwide, from any location, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day except in cases of force majeure, or the scheduled or unscheduled outages of the Site that may occur because of the need for maintenance.
By browsing the Site, the User represents that they have read and understood the legal notice as well as the privacy policy, and accepts the conditions, including those concerning the collection and processing of their personal data in particular. PRIVACY POLICY
The privacy policy describes how the Site collects, uses, discloses, manages and shares the personal data of Users. All the data liable to be used to identify a User must be considered as personal data.
BURGER ET CIE is required to collect and process such data when the User:
– provides them of their own free will when using the Site;
– the User communicates them by filling out a form on the Site;
– the User contacts BURGER & CIE directly through the Site or an intermediary such as Facebook, Google, etc.
BURGER ET CIE is committed to ensuring that the collection and processing of User data, carried out on the Site, complies with the European general data protection regulation (GDPR) E 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and the law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 pertaining to data processing, files and freedoms.
The sole purpose of collecting the Users’ personal data is for the fulfilment (delivery, payment, shipping, etc.) of the orders sent by Users and for the recruitment of the staff of BURGER ET CIE.
Only the data that are strictly necessary to serve these purposes are collected on the Site by BURGER ET CIE and hosted by the Web Host.
They may only be sent to third parties for the aforementioned needs after notification of the User.

The Site has an SSL (SSL 128 bits) Certificate which ensures the security of the data transiting and exchanged on the Site. The purpose of an SSL (“Secure Socket Layer” Certificate) is to secure the data exchange between the User and the Site.
Every User may at any time exercise their right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition to their personal data.

When visiting the Site, a cookie may be automatically installed on the User’s browser software, which they accept.

The User agrees not to transmit any information on this Site that could expose some party to civil or criminal liability and therefore agrees not to disclose information that is illegal, contrary to public order or defamatory via this Site.

The presentation and content of the Site published by BURGER ET CIE constitutes an original work protected by copyright, owned by BURGER ET CIE and governed by French and international law.
The Site uses trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs that are owned by BURGER ET CIE and cannot be reproduced and represented.

Failing this, a suit for unfair competition or infringement of copyright may be filed by BURGER ET CIE.
Any use, reproduction, distribution, marketing, modification of all or part of the Site, without the authorisation of BURGER ET CIE is prohibited and may lead to a lawsuit and legal proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
RIGHTS OF THE USER
The User can read, update, edit, export and organise the fate of their personal data after their death or request that they be deleted.
The User has the right to request the portability of their personal data to another site, by sending their request to the manager via the email address, rgpd@burger.fr.
The User has the right to request the minimisation of the data or to object to the processing of their data by the Site, and the Site may not refuse such a request unless it can provide legitimate and compelling reasons.
