In this project, an outdoor space was transformed into a stylish and functional private terrace using the innovative Grad® fastening system. The aim was to create a place to relax in the open air, while maintaining an aesthetic appearance in harmony with the natural environment.
One of the main challenges of this project was to maximise the use of the space available, while ensuring that the materials used would be durable, weather-resistant and easy to maintain. It was also crucial that the solution chosen allowed for rapid installation without any major technical constraints.

The Grad® system met this challenge with flying colours. The deck boards, made of brown Nekko® composite and perfectly suited to the Grad® system, were chosen for their strength and natural aesthetic appeal. Thanks to our PR24 and PR39 rails installed on Top Lift® pedestals, the boards were installed in record time and without any visible fixings, giving a smooth, uniform surface.
The end result is a terrace that not only meets all the customer’s expectations, but also blends in perfectly with its surroundings. The warmly coloured boards add a touch of elegance to this outdoor living space, while ensuring long-term durability. The simplicity and speed of installation are proof of the effectiveness of the Grad® system.
