This masterpiece displays an agreeable blend of captivating design features
and perfect ergonomics, creating an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
The facade alludes to the meanders of the Linge River. To achieve this, thermofraké wood was used on the facade to give it a warm, durable and natural appearance. A space was left between the cladding and the glass,
which not only creates a beautiful visual effect, but also facilitates maintenance.

The Grad® system was chosen for several reasons. Wood has the advantage of retaining its shape over time,
and the fixings are not visible. In addition, it makes it possible to
dismantle the facade, which is a necessary feature
given the complexity of the design.
