Grad® rubber strip are designed to compensate for small level differences and improve the acoustic comfort of decks.
Made of agglomerated rubber with a self-adhesive side, they easily integrate under the rails to absorb substrate irregularities and eliminate parasitic noise related to contact between materials.
They also play a protective role by limiting galvanic corrosion phenomena between metal structures and aluminum rails.

Instructions for use
The Elastomer strip is positioned under the rails when they rest directly on a rigid support, or interleaved between the rail and a metal beam. It allows absorbing substrate irregularities while avoiding galvanic corrosion phenomena related to contact between different materials.
In the case of a deck with a slight slope, when the rails are installed perpendicular to the direction of flow, it is recommended to leave a space of approximately 5 cm every 5 m to ensure efficient rainwater drainage.
