Factory-preassembled clips, impossible to make a mistake
Grad® pre-assembles the clips on the rails directly on its production line. Thus, you will receive your rails already equipped with clips, which will save you from doing it yourself, in addition to being sure that the spacing between the clips is perfect. These clips can be removed using a removal key if your project requires it.
Perfect vanishing line, impeccable aesthetics
Due to the pre-assembly at the correct distance and alignment of the clips, the boards will fit onto the clips very easily. Thus, the boards will be perfectly perpendicular to the rails, guaranteeing a flawless vanishing line. One of Grad®’s strengths – and not the least – also lies in the fact that there are no visible screws, making your project an aesthetically remarkable achievement.
Pull-out resistance
Our technology focuses on reliability and durability. The mechanical performance of the Grad® system is several times higher than the recommended standards.
The Grad® system offers up to 240 kg of pull-out resistance for 2 clips.
Wind zone compatible
Our system has been studied and is compatible with all wind zones. Certified for France, our cladding system is undoubtedly compliant with the regulations in force in other countries, for buildings between 10 m and 28 m in height. Below 10 m, no issues are to be noted for the installation of cladding; above, other standards are required. Our cladding system resists a pull-out force of 2.6 T/m², which would correspond to a wind gust of over 730 km/h, well above an extreme hurricane.
Fire solution: The pyroclip
Always seeking innovation and for safety reasons, Grad® has developed a clip with high fire resistance. Made of PBT (Polybutylene terephthalate), these clips can withstand temperatures up to 225°C.
