The Grad® system for cladding
Grad® cladding works on the same principle as decking. A Flat rail is fixed to battens or to the wall, the Boards clip onto the rails equipped with removable clips.
1. The Flat Rails
Flat Rails are aluminum rails equipped with removable clips pre-assembled in the factory. These rails are fixed to the wall horizontally or vertically depending on the chosen orientation of your cladding. Once these rails are fixed, the Boards can be clipped.
2. Removable Grad® Clips
The very heart of the Grad® system, ensuring the link between the aluminum structure and the Boards. Removable and repositionable, they allow any Board equipped with the Grad® groove to be clipped, thus offering countless possibilities.
Installation type
The Grad® system allows for highly advanced customization of your facades. Thanks to our clipping lines, we can quickly configure and produce custom rails regardless of the quantity. The designer has the possibility to vary the spacing between the clips. These dimensions can be regular or follow a predefined pattern, for example, in the case of Boards with different sections.
The Silva S range refers to narrow Boards for which horizontal installation is recommended. These profiles feature a slanted machining to promote water drainage. Several species and widths are available.
The Anta S range refers to narrow Boards for which vertical installation is recommended.
These profiles are planed with straight edges.

The Varibo range includes the 3 MOSO® X-treme® profiles for which vertical installation is recommended.
These profiles are planed with straight edges.
Thanks to the dedicated rail that allows combining different widths according to the Varibo rhythm, it is possible to offer a unique design to the facade.
Thanks to the Anta S Thermopin range, it is also possible to vary the thicknesses of Boards.
By combining the 2 profiles, it is possible to give character to your
facade by creating relief.
