Technical specifications
The Top Lift® pedestal forms the base of the Grad® system. It allows for precise adjustment of the structure’s height and ensures perfect leveling of the terrace, regardless of the support. Designed to meet the constraints of outdoor construction sites, it combines mechanical resistance, modularity, and ease of implementation.
Its technical polymer design gives it excellent compression resistance, high durability, and resistance to climatic conditions (humidity, temperature variations). Combined with risers and stiffeners, it allows covering a wide range of heights while ensuring the stability of the entire assembly.
The Top Lift® adapts equally well to hard floors (concrete, tiles), stabilized floors, or waterproofed supports, while complying with regulatory requirements regarding bearing surface and load distribution. The addition of a slope corrector also allows compensating for irregularities in the support to obtain a perfectly flat surface.

Instructions for use
Risers and stiffeners: limitless modularity
The Top Lift® system integrates UP+ risers and TOP+ stiffeners, allowing easy adaptation of the pedestal height to site constraints, while ensuring the stability of the structure.
The risers simply interlock to increase the pedestal height. This modular design allows for quick configuration adjustment without multiplying references on site. Installation is intuitive and reversible, facilitating adjustments or modifications during installation.
Beyond certain heights (4 pairs of risers), stiffeners reinforce the pedestal structure to ensure optimal rigidity. They ensure the stability of the entire assembly even in high configurations, limiting deformations and securing implementation.
This combination allows covering a wide range of heights while maintaining the system’s mechanical performance.
Simple and quick height adjustment
→ Stackable risers without complex tools
Adaptation to all construction sites
→ A single solution for multiple configurations
Enhanced stability at great heights
→ Integrated stiffeners to secure the structure
Evolutive system
→ Adjustment possible even during installation
Use of risers and stiffeners
Slope corrector: the simple solution for managing slopes
The slope corrector compensates for irregularities in the support to obtain a perfectly flat surface before installing the rails and decking.
It is simply positioned between the pedestal and the rail, without modifying the existing system. Thanks to its design, it allows for slope correction of up to 4% in all directions, while maintaining the stability of the structure.
This accessory is particularly recommended for installations on slightly inclined supports, such as concrete slabs, flat roofs, or outdoor floors with flatness defects.
Easy to integrate and quick to implement, it guarantees time savings on site while ensuring an aesthetic and durable result.
Use of the slope corrector
Effective slope correction
→ Compensates up to 4% in all directions
Quick and intuitive installation
→ Positions directly between the pedestal and the rail
Adaptation to all supports
→ Ideal for irregular floors or sloped supports
Perfectly flat finish
→ Guarantees an aesthetic and stable terrace result
