The Start Rail is a simplified version of the Flat Rail, adapted for cladding as well as other applications. It allows for the installation of facings with a reduced final thickness, the assembly not exceeding 38 mm (with a 20 mm board).

Instructions for use

Place a Elastomer strip under the rail to compensate for level differences and eliminate parasitic noise.

Then position the rail directly on the ground, and fix it using nail anchors.

The Start rail can be used in conjunction with another load-bearing element, such as a beam (wood or metal), joists, or other UR-type rails.

When installing on a metal beam, it is recommended to insert a Elastomer strip under the Start rail.

Start rails are perfectly suited for installing horizontal and vertical cladding.

Simply place the Start rails directly on the wall and fix them with screws.
