One of the key elements of this renovation is the new exterior cladding, chosen to revitalize the facade while visually integrating with the surrounding rural landscape. The Tantimber Thermo Ash wood slats bring a natural and warm texture, reminiscent of the surrounding environment’s hues while highlighting the modern lines introduced into the structure.
Project specifics
For the cladding installation, the project used the Grad® system with Flat Rail, allowing for invisible fixing of the slats. This technology ensures clean, contemporary lines with no visible screws, while offering a precise and durable installation. The final result creates an elegant contrast between the traditional architecture of the building and its modernized finish.
